First Impressions: Apple Watch

Apple finally revealed more details about the Apple Watch on March 9 at its “Spring Forward” event, and it’s been a while, but here is the rundown. The watch will come in two different size, a 38mm and 42mm watch face, made out of either anodized aluminum, stainless steel, or 18 carat gold. Aside from have an on/off button on the side, the watch will feature what Apple calls a “digital crown”, used for zooming and scrolling within apps. The biggest innovation made for the watch is an all new Apple S1 “System-in-Package” (SiP), which includes the storage, RAM, and processor. Rumour Roundup: Apple Watch

Apple has an event today called “Spring Forward”, and is expected to reveal the final details regarding the Apple Watch. The watch was first shown off at last year’s iPhone event in September as Apple’s famous “one more thing”, and ever since then everyone has been curious at the full funcitonality and potential the watch will have.
